The palate is abundant with crystalized citrus fruits, honey and hints of blackberries. Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay. The dosage is low for a demi-sec and this champagne is made with Armand de Brignac's oldest wines.
