Crisp and clear, with subtle hints of vanilla and a smooth finish. It has been distilled in copper-lined stills, then filtered, and aged two months in stainless steel containers. Great served neat or on the rocks, and perfect base for premium cocktails.  Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend resulting in a consistent, refined flavor, unlike the commercial yeasts others use.
