A pot still whiskey blended of light and medium flavored whiskies that were triple distilled for exceptional smoothness. Matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks to produce a crisp, clean, mellow taste with sweet, spicy, vanilla tones, and a subtle finish. Very smooth and versatile. Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What do we hear you say? Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distil them - not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.
